I think the reset to 0 part is bad, bad for p2w and f2p, even though they add stuff for wp/bp now it doesn't change the reset to 0 part, it's bad because no matter what you can possibly never get max and then what's the point, we already have gear which the biggest spenders don't even want to touch for +10
